A Doctor's View
In late 2020, I embarked on a personal project titled "A Doctor's View," inspired by my frequent visits to Luxembourgish hospitals due to injuries and the global pandemic. This project delves into the vulnerability and dehumanisation felt during medical scans and treatments. Using special effects makeup and my own X-ray and MRI scans, I transformed myself into the skeletal figure seen through a doctor's eyes. This body art captures the intersection of art and medicine, exploring how patients are often reduced to diagnostic images.
